📍 Location: Bethesda, MD (3days onsite)

📅 Experience: 10–15+ Years

We're looking for an experienced QE Automation Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright and modern test automation frameworks to design and lead enterprise-scale quality engineering solutions.
\n
\n
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
\n
- \n
- 10–15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience designing and building automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong expertise in UI and API automation
- Experience with Selenium, PyTest, REST Assured, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
- Technical leadership and experience mentoring QE teams

🔹 Good to Have:

- Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI-powered testing, or Agentic AI
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-based applications

🔹 What You'll Do:

- Architect and implement scalable QE automation frameworks
- Lead the adoption of Playwright and AI-powered testing solutions
- Define automation strategies, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams across the SDLC
- Drive test automation, quality strategy, defect management, and continuous improvement
- Mentor QE engineers and provide technical leadership
