I'm looking for my right-hand person!
As my real estate business continues to grow, I'm looking for someone who enjoys organization, loves helping people, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience. This is much more than an administrative position—I'm looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of my business and grow alongside me.
This role starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right person.
A Florida real estate license is preferred, but I will absolutely consider exceptional candidates without one who are eager to learn.
What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same! Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Managing contracts, MLS listings, and CRM
- Scheduling appointments, inspections, and showings
- Communicating with clients, vendors, lenders, title companies, and contractors
- Helping deliver an exceptional client experience through thoughtful follow-up and organization
- Assisting with marketing, events, social media, and special projects
- Keeping me organized and helping the business run smoothly

I'm not looking for someone who is hoping to use this position as an opportunity to build their own real estate sales business.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys the operations side of real estate, wants to help build something meaningful, and can see themselves growing into a long-term role with my business.

Preferred Qualifications
- Florida Real Estate License (preferred but not required)
- Administrative or customer service experience
- Real estate experience is a plus
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or CRM systems is a bonus
