Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Leasing Professional to join our team at a luxury apartment community in the highly desirable San Marco area of Jacksonville, Florida.
\n
\n
This is an exciting opportunity for a personable, motivated leasing professional who enjoys connecting with people and helping them find a place they are proud to call home. You will be the first impression for prospective residents and play an important role in creating a welcoming, memorable experience from the initial inquiry through move-in.
\n

In this role, you will showcase the community, highlight its unique features, build meaningful relationships, and guide prospects through the leasing process with confidence and care. Your follow-up, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service will directly contribute to the success of the community and the satisfaction of its residents.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
• Create a warm and welcoming experience for prospects, residents, and guests
\n
• Respond promptly and professionally to calls, emails, online inquiries, and walk-in traffic
\n
• Conduct engaging, personalized tours of the community and apartment homes
\n
• Learn each prospect’s needs and help them find the home that best fits their lifestyle
\n
• Build strong relationships and consistently follow up with leads
\n
• Present pricing, availability, amenities, and community features clearly and confidently
\n
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documents accurately
\n
• Guide new residents through the leasing and move-in process
\n
• Maintain organized and accurate leasing records and prospect information
\n
• Support marketing, outreach, resident events, and social media initiatives
\n
• Help ensure model apartments, tour paths, and common areas are clean and inviting
\n
• Partner with management and maintenance teams to support an exceptional resident experience
\n
• Follow Fair Housing requirements, company policies, and industry best practices
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
\n
• Previous apartment leasing experience is required
\n
• Luxury apartment leasing experience is strongly preferred
\n
• A genuine passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Warm, professional, dependable, and approachable personality
\n
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
\n
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through
\n
• Comfortable using leasing software, CRM systems, and social media platforms
\n
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
\n
• Flexible availability, including weekends as needed
