💰 Base Salary: $145,000–$155,000 + benefits

💼 Experience: 7–10+ years

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation or related field

✈️ Travel: Quarterly travel to Long Island, NY
\n
🏢 Work Mode: Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday

We are looking for an experienced Automation & Controls professional to lead automation, digital transformation, and industrial cybersecurity initiatives across a cluster of manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities\n
• Lead automation and digital transformation roadmaps across multiple manufacturing locations
\n
• Manage automation, controls, industrial infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives
\n
• Lead cross-functional teams through automation and capital projects
\n
• Manage project execution, budgets, timelines, benefits, and savings
\n
• Drive modernization and lifecycle management of automation systems
\n
• Develop cybersecurity and business continuity strategies for industrial control systems
\n
• Support integration of new production lines, equipment, and digital technologies
\n
• Improve manufacturing reliability, connectivity, visibility, and operational efficiency
\n
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Digital, and business stakeholders
\n
• Develop automation and cybersecurity capabilities across the cluster
Ideal Candidate\n
✔ 7–10+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, engineering, or digital manufacturing
\n
✔ Strong experience in Automation, Controls, Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0 & OT Cybersecurity
\n
✔ Experience managing automation projects and cross-functional teams
\n
✔ Strong understanding of manufacturing and industrial control environments
\n
✔ Experience with technology lifecycle management and system reliability
\n
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
✔ Engineering degree — preferably Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
\n
✔ Willingness to travel as required
