We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of maintenance operations for a large-scale industrial equipment manufacturer. In this high-impact role, you'll ensure the production facility runs at peak reliability, safety, and performance.

<li>Anticipate $100K-$135K (+/-), based on experience</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage maintenance team across shifts, overseeing repairs and training.</li>
<li>Implement preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM programs.</li>
<li>Use CMMS for work orders and inventory management.</li>
<li>Ensure OSHA compliance and coordinate vendors.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years industrial maintenance management; supervisory experience.</li>
<li>Mechanical/electrical expertise; CMMS proficiency.</li>
<li>Class K certification (or ability to earn)</li>
<li>Heavy manufacturing experience ideal.</li>
