WhatYoullDo:
AsAssistantPropertyManager,you'llbetherighthandtothePropertyManager,supportingallaspectsofpropertyoperations,fromleasingandresidentrelationstorentcollectionsandvendorcoordination.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Processrentpayments,enforceleasepolicies,andsupportdelinquencyfollow-up
- Handle day-to-day leasing tasks: give tours, process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and track renewals
- Assistinresolvingresidentconcernsquicklyandprofessionally
- Manageworkorderintakeandhelpoverseeservicerequestfollow-up
- Supportpropertyinspections,inventory,andphysicalupkeepstandards
- Assistinbudgettracking,accountspayable,andpropertyreporting
- StepinasActingPropertyManagerwhentheManagerisoff-site
- Helpcoachleasingteammembersanddriveresidentretentionefforts
- Performadditionaldutiesasassignedbymanagement

- 13yearsofpropertymanagementorleasingexperience(studenthousingisaplus)
- Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail
- ExperienceusingMicrosoftOfficeandpropertymanagementsoftware(RealPage/OneSitepreferred)
- KnowledgeofFairHousingguidelines(orwillingnesstocompletecertification)
- HighschooldiplomaorGEDrequired
