Job Description
Job Title: Tower Technician I Location: Utah & Idaho (Regional Travel Required) Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour (Depending on Experience) + Weekly Pay
What's In It For You?
Are you tired of working dead-end labor jobs and looking for a real, hands-on technical career? At B.H. Inc. (BHI), we look at each other as family, not merely co-workers who punch the same clock. We firmly believe our core responsibility is to develop people and provide for families.
We offer an exceptional entry-level package to kickstart your career:
- $20.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience, with reliable weekly pay.
- No prior tower climbing experience is required-we will completely train the right candidate!
- We provide a daily meal allowance (per diem) and handle your regional lodging/transit arrangements so you have zero out-of-pocket travel costs.
- Crews are typically scheduled so that you are home for most weekends to rest, recharge, and spend time with family.
- Extensive options including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
- A 401(k) plan with company match, plus paid time off (PTO).
A Day in the Life
As a Tower Technician I, you will work as part of a close-knit field crew to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment for major networks. This is a high-adrenaline, physical outdoor position.
Qualifications:
You do not need prior telecom experience, but you must be comfortable with the lifestyle:
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- This role requires 100% travel during the workweek across Utah and Idaho. You must love a lifestyle on the road and be comfortable working at extreme heights.
- Telecom schedules change rapidly due to weather or critical project deadlines. You must be willing and flexible to work occasional weekends when the job demands it.
