SKILLS REQUIRED:
Primary (Must-Have):
✔️Expert-level proficiency in React.js and Frontend Architecture
✔️Strong command of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
✔️Deep experience with State Management: Redux, Zustand, or Context API
✔️Proven track record building Enterprise Component Libraries and Design Systems
✔️Hands-on experience with Material UI, Styled Components, Webpack, and Storybook
✔️Performance Optimization and handling large-scale data dashboards
Secondary (Good to Have):
✔️Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
✔️Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG) and Security best practices
✔️Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization
✔️Experience collaborating with UX/UI design teams to implement high-fidelity interfaces
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an elite UI Lead with 14+ years of experience to spearhead our front-end development team in San Francisco. This role is a strategic blend of hands-on development and technical leadership. You will be responsible for architecting scalable enterprise-grade UI solutions, establishing front-end coding standards, and mentoring the development team to ensure the delivery of high-performance, responsive, and accessible digital products.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Technical Leadership: Define frontend architecture, UI standards, and coding guidelines for enterprise applications.
✔️Architecture & Design: Drive the creation of reusable component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and speed of delivery.
✔️Development Excellence: Architect and develop complex UI components using React.js while ensuring high performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
✔️Mentorship & Quality: Lead code and design reviews, mentor developers on best practices, and guide technical implementation strategies.
✔️Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with backend engineers and UX designers to integrate REST APIs and deliver intuitive, data-rich user interfaces.
✔️System Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive documentation, UI architecture standards, and ensure adherence to accessibility (WCAG) and security protocols.
