Life Protect 24/7 is searching for self-motivated, high-performing individuals with security experience, and a desire to advocate for team safety. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Full-Time Security Officer.
How do you do that?
You will be responsible for providing security, safety, and protection of the people and property of the building. This includes:

Walking rounds in the building & on the property

Assisting in opening lockers
-
Actively watching Security Camera footage, communicating infractions with management
-
Responding to calls for Assistance:
-
Code Blue- Medical Emergency
-
Coordinate with Emergency Services
-

Code Red- Security issues
-
-
Securing the premises of our Norfolk, VA headquarters
-
Ensuring the safety of working personnel by patrolling property,
-
Monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and access points, and permitting entry.

Responsible for preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities
-
Informing violators of policy and procedures; as well as restraining trespassers.

What you offer:

Previous Security Experience
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to lift 50lbs
-
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
-
Motivation, and desire to achieve powered by YOU!
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:15pm-11:15pm; with eligible for full-time benefits
