Job Title: Data Analyst - Junior

Location: Framingham, MA (01701), Hybrid: Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite

Duration: 3months (Potential to extend)

Pay rate: $45/hr. on W2

Job Description:

The Consumer Insights & Analytics Team is looking for a highly motivated Consumer Insights & Analytics Contractor to support our Insights team.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with large datasets, identifying meaningful trends, and developing clear, compelling stories that influence decision-making.
The Contractor will be leading key longitudinal and custom research from our customer panel and leading the effort to understand unaided perceptions of the organization's brands and US Retail Landscape.
These insights will help to improve our Marketing, Store Experience, and Merchandise.

Projects and responsibilities to include:

Leading key quantitative research studies including monthly and seasonal tracking insights and panel health and engagement activities
Uncovering insights from our unaided voice of the customer data, including insights on US retailer landscape and key strengths/ opportunities for key brands
Creating dashboards and reporting to support broader organization’s understanding of the unaided voice of the consumer
Analysing quantitative data and bringing to life the why behind the data through qualitative learnings.
Collaborating with business partners to share recommendations and insights with presentations that tell clear and compelling stories with data.
Managing multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently delivering high-quality work on time.

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree; Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in consumer insights/market research
Naturally curious with passion for understanding customer behaviour and trends, and advocating for the customer
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Problem solvers who can move complexity to clarity.
Excellent communicators able to deliver results concisely and in compelling way.
Attention to details and able to grasp the big picture
Strong collaboration and ability to keep projects on track
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
