NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are currently seeking one or more dependable, skilled maintenance professionals to help maintain multiple apartment and office properties in the area.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable handling a variety of maintenance, repair, and property upkeep needs. Because our properties require a broad range of skills, we are interested in applicants with experience in one or more areas of general maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities may include:
• General property maintenance and repairs
• Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Carpentry and drywall repair
• Painting and general property upkeep
• Troubleshooting maintenance issues
• Completing repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple properties
• Responding to maintenance needs as they arise
We’re looking for someone reliable, self-motivated, able to problem-solve, and comfortable working independently as well as with others. A broad maintenance skill set is highly valued, but we encourage applicants with strong experience in specific trades or maintenance areas to apply as well.
Position: Full-time
Work location: Multiple properties: apartments, offices
Experience: Maintenance, construction, repair, or related trade experience preferred
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Certifications: Any certifications for HVAC, plumbing, construction, etc. is a plus.
