Leasing Professional – Class A+ Apartment Community
We are seeking a polished, outgoing, and customer-focused Leasing Professional for an exciting Class A+ apartment community with approximately 400 units. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and thrives in a busy, upscale environment.
The ideal candidate will have a professional presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to create an outstanding first impression for prospective and current residents.
Leasing Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct engaging property and apartment tours
- Present community features, amenities, and available homes
- Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases
- Process applications, leasing paperwork, and move-in documentation
- Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
- Maintain strong knowledge of availability, pricing, and community offerings
- Assist with resident relations, events, and day-to-day office needs
- Maintain a polished and professional presence appropriate for a luxury community
- Work collaboratively with the property management and leasing team
Leasing Qualifications:
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Professional, polished, and comfortable working in a Class A+ environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident conducting tours and interacting with a wide variety of people
- Energetic, personable, and sales-minded
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Comfortable working at a large, active community of approximately 400 units
