We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to help manage and maintain our online product listings on eBay and our company website. This is a hands-on position focused on photographing telecommunications equipment, creating accurate and appealing product listings, maintaining online inventory, and packing and shipping products sold through our online sales channels.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, has some experience using eBay, and is willing to learn about telecommunications and fiber optic equipment. Previous telecommunications experience is a plus but is not required. Training on our products and equipment will be provided.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Photograph telecommunications, fiber optic, and related equipment for online listings.
- Take clear, professional-quality product photos that accurately represent the condition and details of each item.
- Create and post product listings on eBay and the company website.
- Write clear and accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, and condition information.
- Research products as needed to identify part numbers, manufacturers, specifications, and appropriate product categories.
- Maintain and update existing online listings, including pricing, descriptions, photos, and inventory quantities.
- Monitor eBay listings and make updates when necessary.
- Help ensure online inventory accurately reflects available products.
- Organize products and photographs so items can be easily identified and located.
- Process online orders and prepare sold products for shipment.
- Carefully pack products to ensure they are protected during shipping.
- Create shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup or drop-off.
- Verify that the correct product and quantity are shipped for each order.
- Update order and tracking information on eBay and the company website as needed.
- Assist with online promotions, featured products, and sale items.
- Review listings for accuracy, spelling, pricing, and overall presentation before publishing.
- Become familiar with the telecommunications and fiber optic products we sell.
- Perform other e-commerce, shipping, and product-related duties as needed.

Qualifications\n

- Comfortable using computers, websites, and basic online applications.

- Good written communication and basic spelling/grammar skills.
- Ability to research products and learn new terminology.
- Dependable and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Ability to safely pack, handle, and prepare products for shipment.
- Willingness to learn about telecommunications and fiber optic equipment.
- Previous experience with telecommunications, fiber optics, networking equipment, or related products is a plus but not required.
- Previous e-commerce, online sales, product photography, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus.
