The skills are the following:

15+ years of SAP data migration/conversion experience.
\n
Hands-on expertise with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, and LSMW
\n
Experience with data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and reconciliation
\n
Strong SQL Server experience. End-to-end public cloud implementations using Migration Cockpit loads through staging tables on BTP. Include the client, release, phases delivered on public cloud, and a client reference contact for each. Proven ability to lead mock loads, cutover, defect resolution, sign-offs, and hyper care.
\n
Experience with global rollouts, workshops, SIT/UAT, and working across cross-functional stakeholders
\n
Strong communication and leadership skills
\n
