Job DescriptionTruHome Property Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Worker to help keep up with a high volume of current work. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic handyman skills who wants steady hours right now.
What you'll do:
General property maintenance and repair work across our managed properties — the more handyman experience you have, the better, but you don't need a ton of knowledge to apply.
What you need:
- Basic hand tools
- General mechanical/repair knowledge
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time available, flexible scheduling within Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Occasional weekend work possible.
Pay:
Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience.
Please note: We currently have a heavy workload (often 40+ hours/week available), but work volume can slow down seasonally — layoffs are possible, particularly heading into winter. We want to be upfront about that so you can plan accordingly.
