Job Description
The IT Project Manager will manage business systems integrations, network infrastructure, infrastructure upgrades, and low-voltage projects. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, this role will coordinate dedicated internal teams, vendor resources, and project stakeholders while applying Agile or other project methodologies based on project needs. Occasional site visits are expected.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Track project budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Allocate internal and vendor resources to support project delivery.
- Communicate project updates, priorities, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
- Coordinate vendors and manage vendor contributions to project outcomes.
- Manage business systems integrations, network infrastructure, infrastructure upgrades, and low-voltage projects.
- Conduct occasional site visits to support project execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience with budget management.
