Job Title: Network Refresh L2 Engineer
Location: Edina, MN 55436 (Onsite position)

Pay rate - $30/hr on W2/Danta Technologies payroll (OR) $35/hr on C2C
The Network Refresh Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing network infrastructure refresh and modernization activities across enterprise environments. This role involves upgrading end-of-life network equipment, implementing new network technologies, ensuring minimal business disruption, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards. The engineer works closely with project managers, network architects, vendors, and operational teams to deliver network refresh projects on time and within budget.
Plan and execute network hardware and software refresh projects.\\\\r\\\\nReplace and upgrade switches, routers, wireless controllers, firewalls, and related network devices.\\\\r\\\\nPerform site surveys and infrastructure assessments prior to refresh activities.\\\\r\\\\nCoordinate maintenance windows and implementation schedules with stakeholders.\\\\r\\\\nValidate network functionality before and after refresh activities.
