Job Description

We are currently interviewing for an experienced and qualified technician with at least 1 year of onsite work experience and HVAC certification. Candidates must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the Porter position.

*WEEKLY PAY*

Daily Maintenance Task Expectations:
· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
· Maintaining property grounds
· Plumbing
· Electrical
· Carpentry
· Drywall repair
· Painting
· Appliance repair
· Pool maintenance
· Preventative building maintenance

Job Requirements:
· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
· CPO Certification is a plus

· HVAC/ EPA Certification is required
