Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician / Building Maintenance CoordinatorPay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule:

• 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break

Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician / Building Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of our facility. This role is responsible for coordinating repairs, monitoring contractors, and ensuring the building remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.Responsibilities

• Oversee general building maintenance and facility upkeep
• Coordinate and supervise outside contractors, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC vendors
• Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Schedule and monitor repairs and preventative maintenance services
• Pick up mail and make runs to local hardware stores or vendors as needed
• Maintain communication with management regarding facility issues and repair status
• Ensure contractors and maintenance work comply with company standards and safety requirements
• Maintain organized records of maintenance requests and completed work

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous maintenance or facility coordination experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable and dependable attendance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift as needed throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry maintenance materials or supplies as needed
