You’ll coach technicians and machinists, ensure flawless repairs and assemblies, and keep the shop running safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

How you’ll contribute

• Champion safety and excellence while supervising a team of technicians and machinists.
• Direct the repair, maintenance, and assembly of rotating equipment with uncompromising quality.
• Apply sharp mechanical troubleshooting skills to isolate issues and implement solutions.
• Coordinate job flow, staffing, and schedules to maximize throughput and minimize delays.
• Deliver regular performance reviews and on-the-spot coaching to build capability.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies across all shop activities.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and support inventory and parts management.
• Work cross-functionally to align shop output with project milestones.

What you’ll need

• Leadership and team management experience with a proven track record of results.
• Depth in mechanical troubleshooting for rotating machinery.
• Supervisory background in a mechanical or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with manual machining practices and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting without sacrificing precision.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education/certifications are a plus.
