Responsibilities:
\n
• Role is newly created with the opportunity to make a real impact
\n
• Blend accounting, finance, and portfolio management work, with high exposure to the front office
\n
• Partner closely with asset managers, acquisitions, and senior leadership to support investment and portfolio decisions
\n
• Analyze asset-level and portfolio-level performance, including budget-to-actual variances, operating results, and key drivers
\n
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the portfolio
\n
• Prepare and review fund and investor reporting, working with the accounting and fund teams to keep numbers accurate and timely
\n
• Build and maintain financial models and supporting analyses to track performance and inform decisions
\n
• Contribute to fund-raising and investor materials as the firm raises new funds
