The ideal candidate will support implementation, operations, and optimization of Epic modules within a large health system. Required Skills:

<li>Epic Certification in Healthy Planet with 5+ years experience in population health solutions </li>
<li>8+ years in Epic implementation, Health IT, and enterprise system integration </li>
<li>Expertise in Epic tools: Registries, Reporting Workbench, Health Maintenance, BPAs, Decision Support </li>
<li>Knowledge of Epic Care Everywhere, SmartForms, Meaningful Use, MyChart, and Specialty Modules </li>
<li>Experience with case/care management workflows, quality reporting (PQRS, ACO/MSSP), and wellness programs </li>
<li>Strong understanding of system architecture, data workflows, security protocols, and privacy regulations </li>
<li>Proven ability in project management, user needs assessment, technical documentation, and testing </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and clinical teams </li>
