Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) | Bolingbrook, ILJoin a growing manufacturing operation as a Maintenance Technician supporting production and packaging equipment on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to maximize equipment uptime and ensure efficient plant operations. Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging machinery
- Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, manuals, and work orders
- Complete maintenance documentation and PM records
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Qualifications:- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience or related technical training
- Experience maintaining manufacturing or production equipment
- Electrical troubleshooting experience, including motor controls and 3-phase systems
- Knowledge of conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to work permanent 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
