Nashville Toyota North is seeking a dedicated full-time IT Technician to support the daily operations of our dealership in Nashville, TN. This IT Technician position will work Monday through Friday in on-site, 8-hour shifts. This full-time technology position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As an IT Technician, you will provide essential end-user support for hardware, software, and network systems throughout the dealership. Each day, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring that hardware, software, and network systems operate efficiently. You will regularly partner with store and location managers to assess and fulfill current and future IT needs. Your responsibilities will include resolving network switch and connectivity issues, installing and maintaining open lot Wi-Fi networks, pulling and installing CAT 6 cabling, and working with POE security cameras and server installations. You will collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams and communicate project plans, progress, and challenges in a timely and professional manner. In addition, you will contribute to ongoing process improvements and take on special projects or additional duties as assigned.
Here's what you need to become our IT Technician:
- Experience installing and maintaining open lot Wi-Fi networks
- Experience with IP-networked security cameras and pulling and installing CAT 6 cabling
- Experience with the installation of POE security cameras with server integration
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to internal customers
- Working knowledge of operating systems and applications
- Ability to work independently, on-site, and in a dynamic environment
Automotive software experience is a plus. A bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or a related field is also a plus.
