Facilities Technician

The 84 Group Inc. is a long time established electrical and electronics distributor in the Pittsburgh PA area. We are looking to hire a Facilities Technician. The individual we are looking for must be able to perform various types of building maintenance, including: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Custodial, etc. as the need arises. The individual should be self-motivated, willing to adapt to the differing tasks, work with various trades, and interact with company employees as well as vendors in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, organize, and perform building maintenance for all company locations.
• Identify and manage stock of necessary building supplies.
• Assist in any aspect of the company operation as needed.
• Ability of using a variety of hand and power tools, as needed.
• Maintain and safe and clean work environment.
• Follow directions.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• HS Diploma and/or Technical Trade Certificate or experience
• Must have good building trade, communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license is required
