Hiring:
Production Operators to assist in the manufacturing of porcelain ceramic tile
Offering:
3 1⁄2 day work week (non-rotating schedule)
Training
After 90 days become eligible: Medical, Dental, Vision, 40hrs. vacation, 16hrs. personal holiday time, 401K Retirement, 6 paid holidays
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 1+ yrs. Manufacturing, automated machine operation or production preferred
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and mechanical awareness
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Proven dependability, consistent attendance and a safety-first mindset
Physical Demands
Must be able to regularly lift, carry and move tiles or material boxes weighing up to 60lbs
Frequently standing and walking on concrete floors, frequent bending, stooping, kneeing, reaching, and climbing stairs to access and adjust machinery
