Job DescriptionGeneral Maintenance TechnicianPosition Overview
We are seeking a dependable General Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic carpentry work at various job locations. Residential maintenance or carpentry experience is a plus but is not required.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs

Perform basic carpentry and facility repairs

Use hand and power tools safely

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Travel to various job locations as needed

Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred

Residential maintenance or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Strong problem-solving skills

Dependable and willing to learn

Valid driver's license required

Must be willing to travel
Work Environment

Work will take place at various job locations

Travel is required

Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Must be comfortable working in different environments and conditions
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to use hand and power tools

Ability to perform physical maintenance and repair tasks
Compensation & Travel
-
$15/hour with a raise after 30 days and again after 6 months.
-
$25 per diem

Hotel accommodations paid by the company. Breakfast is provided by hotel. You will have your own hotel room. (not shared)
