- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines with integrated security, quality, and compliance gates.
- Own and manage the end-to-end Release Engineering lifecycle, including build management, release planning, deployment scheduling, production rollouts, rollback strategies, and post-release validation.
- Architect, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure (preferred) or AWS using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Define and implement enterprise release governance, release calendars, environment management, and deployment standards across multiple applications and environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, and release workflows using DevOps best practices.
- Implement advanced deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling, and Zero-Downtime Deployments.
- Drive DevSecOps practices by integrating security scanning, policy enforcement, vulnerability management, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and manage containerized platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud-native services.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and incident response using enterprise monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
- Lead production release activities, coordinate release readiness reviews, manage deployment approvals, and ensure successful production deployments.
- Perform release metrics analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement of release processes and deployment reliability.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and establish DevOps, Release Engineering, and Infrastructure Automation best practices, standards, and governance.
- Drive cloud modernization, automation initiatives, and platform engineering strategies across the organization.

Required Skills:
\n

- 12+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms.
- Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and infrastructure automation.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Release Engineering, Release Management, Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), Change Management, and deployment governance.
- Experience with deployment automation, release orchestration, environment management, and artifact repositories (Azure Artifacts, JFrog Artifactory, Nexus Repository).
- Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies (GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development), versioning, and release branching.
- Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps, automated testing, security scanning, compliance automation, and policy enforcement.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
- Experience with production support, incident management, rollback planning, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, and enterprise release governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
