Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud·
Strong expertise in Amazon Connect development and implementation·
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flow design, development, and optimization·
Experience configuring routing profiles, queues, agents, and user management in Amazon Connect·
Experience integrating Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda for dynamic workflows and automation·
Experience integrating Amazon Connect with third-party applications, CRMs, and REST APIs·
Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex chatbot integrations·
Experience with Amazon Connect Streams API and Contact Control Panel (CCP) customization·
Experience with Contact Lens, CloudWatch, and AWS analytics/reporting tools·
Knowledge of omnichannel communication workflows including voice, chat, and task management·
Strong experience building microservices and serverless architectures·
Proficiency in backend development using Java, Node.js, and/or Python·
Strong expertise in AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch·
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions·
Experience developing and integrating REST APIs / GraphQL services·
Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases·
Experience with Docker, ECS/EKS, Terraform, and CloudFormation·
Strong understanding of IAM, AWS security best practices, scalability, high availability, and cloud cost optimization·
Experience troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning Amazon Connect and AWS environments·
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills·
