Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager who operates as a force multiplier across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
This role goes beyond driving executionyou will shape how work is defined, aligned, and delivered across Product and Engineering. You bring structure to ambiguity, create alignment at all levels of the organization, and ensure teams are focused on the highest-impact outcomes.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Program Leadership to not only execute against priorities, but to challenge, refine, and elevate them.
Responsibilities:
Own Delivery Across Complex, Multi-Team Initiatives
Lead planning and execution across large, ambiguous, and highly cross-functional efforts spanning multiple teams or domains
Drive clarity in problem definition, scope, and success metricsnot just execution plans
Ensure delivery is aligned to business outcomes, not just timelines
Drive Strategic Alignment and Decision-Making
Partner with senior stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Program Leadership) to align on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing
Surface risks, dependencies, and misalignment earlyand drive decisions to resolve them
Act as a thought partner in shaping roadmaps and execution strategies
Lead Through Ambiguity and Complexity
Bring structure to undefined or evolving problem spaces
Navigate competing priorities and constraints while maintaining forward momentum
Define approaches where none exist, balancing speed with rigor
Elevate Execution Across Teams
Establish scalable planning, tracking, and delivery practices across teams
Drive consistency in how work is executed, measured, and communicated
Coach teams and stakeholders on best practices to improve delivery outcomes
Operate as a Cross-Functional Leader
Act as a central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, and Program
Influence without authority to drive alignment and accountability
Communicate clearly with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Continuously Improve Delivery Systems
Identify systemic gaps in planning, prioritization, and execution
Drive improvements that increase predictability, efficiency, and quality across teams
Help evolve operating models, not just execute within them
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in project/program management, with ownership of large, complex initiatives
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
- Experience operating in ambiguous environments and defining structure and approach
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve systemic delivery risks
- 510+ years of experience in project or program management within technical environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments
- Experience leading multi-team or program-level initiatives
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
