<li>Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.</li>
<li>Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.</li>
<li>Ensure all work complies with OSHA and company safety standards.</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement efforts and equipment upgrades.</li>
</ul>
