Job Title: Scrum Master II (Vehicle Services and/ or Logistics) (W2 Contract only)
Duration: 06 Months Contract (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Location: 30319 (Hybrid - min 2 [same days as the team])
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master II to support our Vehicle Services and/or Logistics initiatives within the Location Operations Agile team. This role is responsible for enabling high-performing teams by fostering a strong Agile mindset, driving execution excellence, and promoting continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can effectively coach teams, optimize delivery flow, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Coaching & Mindset

- Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, promoting Agile principles, values, and best practices
- Coach team members and stakeholders to build a strong Agile culture and mindset
- Guide teams toward self-organization, accountability, and continuous learning
- Planning & Execution

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and clarity
- Drive sprint execution, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery
- Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve team performance, delivery flow, and processes
- Facilitate retrospectives and ensure actionable improvements are implemented
- Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions
- Dependency & Risk Management

- Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks
- Remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams
- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
- Support transparency and alignment between business and technology teams

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master
- Experience supporting Vehicle Services, Operations, Logistics or similar domain preferred
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred

- Ability to manage multiple teams or complex initiatives
- Strong focus on flow optimization, dependency management, and delivery predictability
