Your Impact

Install, configure, and validate machinery against detailed requirements.
Execute comprehensive tests and troubleshoot to confirm peak performance.
Work side-by-side with peers to diagnose and resolve setup challenges.
Create and maintain accurate records of processes, configurations, and equipment condition.
Support training for new hires on procedures, standards, and best practices.
Champion safety while maintaining a tidy, organized, and efficient work area.
Assist production by making on-the-fly adjustments during live runs.

What It Takes

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in equipment setup, installation, or a closely related function.
Mechanical savvy and strong technical aptitude.
Proficiency interpreting technical documents, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
Detail-oriented problem solver with strong follow-through.
Team player who can also operate independently when needed.
Clear communicator with a positive, solutions-first attitude.
Nice to have: technical certification.
