Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to operate CNC machining equipment and produce precision components according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CNC setup and operation experience and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including vertical mills and multi-task machines.
- Load tooling, verify machine readiness, and run production according to work instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Make basic program and tool adjustments as needed to maintain part accuracy and quality.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Identify machining issues, perform tool changes, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of CNC setup and operation experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Basic math and mechanical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Basic CNC programming/editing knowledge preferred.
- Experience with multi-axis or multi-task CNC machines, including Mazak Integrex, is highly preferred.
- Ability to follow PPE, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements.
Schedule:
- 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Compensation:
- $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
