We are hiring an experienced Project Management professional to lead complex, high-value projects within a large-scale automation and material handling environment.
\n
These opportunities are ideal for PMs who have successfully led complex, cross-functional projects involving significant budgets, customers, vendors, engineering/technical teams, schedules, contracts, and operational dependencies.
\n
Depending on experience and project complexity, opportunities range from managing $10M–$30M projects to highly strategic programs exceeding $70M–$100M+.

What You'll Do

- \n
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and closeout
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Lead cross-functional project teams in complex delivery environments
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage project financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, and budget variances
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve complex delivery issues
- Manage vendors, suppliers, contracts, change orders, and commercial considerations
- Drive accountability across engineering, operations, suppliers, customers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Provide clear project reporting and communication to senior and executive leadership

- Approximately 3-4+ years of progressive project management experience
- Experience leading medium-to-high complexity projects
- Typical project scope: $10M–$30M

- Vendor and supplier management
- Risk and issue management
- Cross-functional technical/engineering environments
- Project governance and reporting
- Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar PM tools

\n
A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred, although significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
\n
PMP certification is highly preferred.
\n
Experience managing projects within material handling, industrial automation, warehouse automation, engineering, manufacturing, or similarly complex technical environments is especially valuable.
\n
These roles may require up to 40% travel depending on project needs.
\n
