Position: Custodian For Schools
Location Frisco, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $14.50/hr.
• Monday–Friday, 6 hours shifts between 4:30pm–11:30pm
• W2, Long-term Assignment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain clean, organized facilities through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Sanitize classrooms, restrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and common areas to promote a healthy environment
• Operate custodial equipment including floor buffers, auto scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners
• Respond promptly to campus cleaning needs during and after school hours
• Follow established safety procedures and district cleaning standards with attention to detail
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
• Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to successfully complete fingerprint clearance
WORK ENVIRONMENT & EQUIPMENT
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed
• Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs, and occasional ladder use
• Operate standard custodial tools, floor care equipment, and cleaning machinery
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned work location required

• Previous janitorial, custodial, facilities, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality service
• Flexible to work overtime or assist during school events when needed
