Job Description:
\n
• Some network engineering with mainly voice components
\n
• They are a cisco shop on their network side so some configurations, troubleshooting, monitoring network
\n
• Voice: They will sit on a team of 3 other engineers
\n
• They use old PBX systems and looking to migrate in the cloud in the future
\n
• They will be handling level 3 tier issues
\n
• Handling some IVRs and Call flow components
