LIHTC Leasing Consultant

We're looking for an experienced LIHTC Leasing Consultant to join a respected, growing multifamily management company! If you're energetic, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced leasing environment, we'd love to meet you.

Duties:

• Tour apartment homes and build relationships with prospective residents.
• Guide applicants from first contact through move-in.
• Process LIHTC applications, certifications, and resident files.
• Prepare leases and maintain compliance with affordable housing guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with lease renewals and help maintain strong occupancy.

Job Requirements

Previous apartment leasing experience

• LIHTC experience ideal
  Knowledge of affordable housing compliance and income certifications
  Strong customer service and communication skills
  Great organization and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
