Senior International Event Project Manager – Contingent Opportunity
Seguro Companion Services Corp (SCS Corp), a HUBZone-certified small business, is assembling proposed key personnel for a federal contract involving international events, conferences, trade-related programs, travel logistics, and delegation support.
Important: This is a proposal-stage, contingent-on-award opportunity. SCS Corp has not yet been awarded the contract. There is no guaranteed employment, work, hours, or compensation at this stage.
If SCS Corp receives an award and applicable work, compensation and contractual terms will be negotiated with the selected professional before services begin.
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible event planning and management experience
• Experience managing conferences, trade missions, forums, workshops, training programs, or similar domestic/international events
• Experience managing complex projects from planning through closeout
• Experience with budgets, schedules, staffing, vendors/subcontractors, deliverables, and quality control
• Experience coordinating with government officials, private-sector organizations, foreign delegations, speakers, venues, and vendors
• Experience overseeing travel/logistics, participant management, risk mitigation, and event-day execution
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Work Arrangement
Planning and administrative activities may be performed remotely. If SCS Corp receives an award and applicable task orders, domestic and/or international travel and on-site event management may be required.
Proposal Participation
Qualified candidates must be willing to:
• Provide a current résumé/CV documenting relevant experience
• Participate in a qualification discussion with SCS Corp
• Authorize SCS Corp to include their résumé/CV as proposed key personnel
• Discuss a formal independent contractor or consulting agreement if SCS receives an award and requires their services
