Property Manager Apartment Communities

We’re redesigning how apartment communities are run.

Paperwork is no longer the center of the job. Each of our communities is now led by two focused people: a Property Operator, who owns the physical operations of the property, and a Property Manager, who owns the resident experience.

We’re looking for the Property Manager.

What the Role Actually Is

You are the primary face of the community for residents and prospects. Your focus is everything resident-centric:

  • Building and maintaining strong resident relationships
  • Handling resident communication, concerns, and service recovery
  • Driving renewal conversations and retention
  • Showing apartment homes and converting prospects into residents
  • Creating a community atmosphere where people feel known and well cared for

You will work side-by-side with the Property Operator, our on-site operations lead. The Property Operator owns unit turns, work orders, landscaping, pools, valet trash, and the technician team. You own the human side of the property. Together, you run the community.

Who We’re Looking For

Energy and attitude are non-negotiable.

We are not primarily looking for someone with years of traditional property management experience. We are looking for high-energy, high-ownership people who create positive momentum with residents and prospects every day.

The strongest candidates typically bring:

  • Natural warmth and presence with people
  • High energy and a bias toward action
  • Strong communication skills and emotional composure
  • A service mindset without being soft on standards
  • The ability to stay organized and keep multiple resident priorities moving
  • Willingness to partner closely with an operations-focused counterpart

Backgrounds that often transfer well include hospitality, customer experience leadership, sales, community management, or any role where you consistently created positive outcomes through attitude and follow-through.

Compensation & Structure

  • Salary: $100,000–$120,000
  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Two-person leadership model: You focus on residents; the Property Operator focuses on the physical property and technician team

If you are the kind of person who elevates the experience of everyone around you through energy, ownership, and genuine care, we want to hear from you.

Apply with your résumé and a short note explaining why this role fits the way you work.
