Location: Sequim, WA
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission | First-Year Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly | Top Performers: $100,000+
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional weekend work may be necessary)

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs
- Recommend HVAC solutions that best fit each customer's home and budget
- Prepare estimates and present proposals
- Build trust through professional, consultative sales
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required-we're willing to train the right person
- HVAC, home services, or in-home sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
