Job DescriptionCommercial Groundskeeper
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our commercial department as a Groundskeeper. This position, available on either a full-time or part-time basis, requires the ability to travel between multiple locations throughout the day and adapt to seasonal operational needs. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the exterior spaces and common areas of commercial properties to a high standard.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with residents and colleagues.
- Manage trash and debris removal across all assigned properties.
- Perform comprehensive breezeway housekeeping.
- Execute seasonal snow and ice removal procedures.
- Conduct regular flower and tree maintenance.
- Ensure the removal of dog waste and cigarette butts from designated areas.
- Support the Maintenance Technician with additional operational duties as required.
Compensation and job classification are determined by the Senior Manager and may be subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
