Essential Job Duties
- Provides exceptional and complete customer service, while ensuring the security, safety and well-being of our guests, Team Members and assets. Adheres to all service and operating standards, and fully complies with federal, state and local regulations.
- Acts as a service "ambassador" on property. Demonstrates a high quality courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism at all times
- Performs specific security duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect guests, Team Members, visitors, facilities, grounds, property and assets.
- Responds immediately to emergencies to give necessary assistance to guests and Team Members, to protect the company’s assets relative to fire, theft, burglary, assault and other security issues.
- Follows procedures for activities including fire prevention, traffic control, protecting/patrolling the property, and investigations of accidents and suspected criminal activities.
- Participates in testing and implementing emergency procedures, evacuation plans, etc. on a regular basis. Will assist with ejections, intoxicated guests, medical emergencies and money pick-up and delivery, as necessary.
- Works in partnership with the Surveillance Department to ensure protection of guests, Team Members, and company funds and assets.
- Prepares reports as required and directed by management.
- Maintains crowd control and traffic flow on and around the property.
- Handles guest complaints, and solicits the support of a supervisor as necessary.
- Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of all Company events and be prepared to answer guest inquiries.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and strong teamwork skills.
- Must have ability to handle stressful, volatile situations with poise and confidence.
- Must be able to run, walk, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, push, pull, lift and carry weight for a full 8 hour shift.
- Must be able to work all shifts and weekends/holidays as required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
- Must be knowledgeable of state and local laws and regulations.
