Job DescriptionWant a hands-on job where you can help keep a busy swim and gym facility clean and welcoming for kids and families?
DolFUN Dynamics is hiring a Client Services & Facilities Team Member. Cleaning and facility upkeep are the primary focus of this role. You’ll work both while families are in the building and during hours when we’re closed, with occasional Client Services support as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and restock locker rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces
- Complete routine cleaning while classes are running and deeper cleaning when spaces are available
- On Sundays, clean one locker room at a time so families can continue using the other
- Follow cleaning checklists and let the team know when supplies are low or something needs repair
- Occasionally greet families, answer basic questions, and support the Client Services team
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Dependable and comfortable working independently
- Thorough and attentive to detail
- Comfortable with hands-on cleaning work
- Friendly and professional around children and families
- Able to follow procedures and communicate clearly with teammates
Schedule
We’re especially looking for someone available Wednesdays and Sundays. Wednesday cleaning takes place while DolFUN is closed. Sunday work takes place while we’re open to families and may include cleaning after closing. Additional shifts will include Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday during our hours as a client services team member
Pay
$17.00–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience.
