The General Manager will oversee the operations of a single location and report directly to the owner. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, developing the team, improving operational efficiency, and supporting market expansion during the first year. Occasional local travel is expected.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage daily operations and promote operational efficiency.
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and financial planning.
- Lead, develop, and support the team while fostering accountability and engagement.
- Manage performance against business objectives and operational targets.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and address customer needs.
- Improve processes and manage vendor relationships.

- Entry-level experience in general management.
- Knowledge of business strategy and operations management.
- Experience with financial analysis and budget management.
