Senior Software Engineer - HealthTech - San Francisco (Hybrid)
 
A fast-growing AI healthcare company building real-time clinical documentation and decision support tools are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team.
 
What will I be doing?

<li>Design and build scalable, AI-powered product features used in real-time clinical environments</li>
<li>Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, from concept to production</li>
<li>Optimize system performance and maintain high engineering standards in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
 
What we’re looking for:
 
<ul>
<li>5+ years’ experience building and shipping user-facing products</li>
<li>Background in fast-moving or early-stage (0–1) environments</li>
<li>Comfortable working across the stack (cloud, backend, frontend)</li>
<li>Experience with modern technologies (e.g. AWS/GCP, Postgres, Docker)</li>
<li>Proven ability to take ownership and deliver end-to-end outcomes</li>
