Job Title: Project Manager

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple IT projects, including project planning, requirements development, risk management, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field. Years of experience may substitute for formal education.

• 3+ years of project management experience.

• 3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare insurance information technology environment.

• Project planning experience, including effort estimation on technical tasks and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing business requirements.

• Build project plans and execute according to established plans.

• Manage project risks, issues, triggers, and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure deliverables and activities are completed with high quality and on schedule.

• Report project status and strategies orally and in writing.

• Develop and maintain project management documents and artifacts.

• Coordinate with staff, team members, management, vendors, and internal and external organizations.

• Manage information required for project plans, portfolio/program plans, metrics, reports, and project documentation.

• Manage multiple high-profile and high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint and project management tools including Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel.

• Experience with risk management and risk triggers.

• Superb written and oral communication skills.

• Strong presentation skills, including presentations to executive management.

• Experience with Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems.

• PMP certification preferred.

Required Certifications

• None required. Technical and/or Project Management certifications are desirable.
