OPPORTUNITIES MAY INCLUDEProject Manager
Competitive salary based on experience.
Lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Estimator / Senior Estimator
Competitive salary based on experience.
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates, analyze project documents, develop budgets, and support preconstruction and business development efforts.
Business Development / Sales
Competitive salary plus incentive opportunities based on experience.
Develop new client relationships, grow existing accounts, identify business opportunities, and support long-term company growth.
BIM Detailer / VDC Designer
Competitive salary based on experience.
Develop and coordinate electrical BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, produce construction drawings, perform clash detection, and collaborate with project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Engineering
Competitive salary based on experience.
Support the design, planning, and execution of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, utility, and mission-critical projects. Opportunities may include Electrical Engineers, Design Engineers, Controls Engineers, and other engineering professionals.
Leadership Opportunities

Provide leadership across project management, engineering, business development, operations, and other business functions while supporting the continued growth and success of our operating companies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications vary by position and location but may include:

Professional or leadership experience within the electrical construction, engineering, or electrical services industry

Experience supporting commercial, industrial, utility, or mission-critical projects

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Experience in project management, estimating, engineering, business development, or other professional leadership roles

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor employees

Bachelor's degree, industry certifications, or equivalent experience, depending on the position

Competitive salary based on experience. Salary range: $70,000–$150,000+ annually, depending on the position, qualifications, experience, and location.
