Part-Time Leasing Professional
Pritchard Park Place | Racine, WI
Ogden & Company, Inc. is seeking an outgoing, motivated Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our team at Pritchard Park Place, a new multifamily community in Racine.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment. The Leasing Professional will play an important role in welcoming prospective residents, showcasing the community, and helping us achieve our leasing goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to phone, email, website, and walk-in leasing inquiries
- Conduct property and apartment tours
- Follow up with prospects and assist throughout the application and leasing process
- Maintain accurate prospect and leasing information in our property management systems
- Assist with outreach marketing, resident events, and other leasing initiatives
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming appearance of the leasing office, models, and community
- Provide general administrative and resident support as needed
- Work collaboratively with the Property Manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with prospective residents
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and property management and CRM software
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some weekend hours
