We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support apartment properties located in and around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Complete apartment turnovers
- Troubleshoot issues and carry out miscellaneous property improvements
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in residential maintenance and repair
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Reliable transportation and possession of basic tools
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
Mileage reimbursement is provided. We are looking for approximately 30hrs/week. Competitive compensation to qualified applicants. This position is available immediately.
